Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Basic Refrigeration
Are you a hands-on learner who would enjoy a rewarding career where you are able to work in a variety of environments? Let AAI help you develop the skills necessary to become an entry-level technician in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC) industry in as few as 40 weeks. Our diploma program offers flexible scheduling and affordable, practical training for troubleshooting, servicing and repairing residential and commercial air conditioning, heating and refrigeration systems.

At AAI, we are committed to helping you build a strong foundation for your future success as an HVAC technician. Students must possess a high school diploma, GED or recognized equivalent. Non-high school graduates or students who do not possess appropriate equivalency may be admitted under ability to benefit (ATB) criteria with acceptable scores on the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test.

The HVAC graduate will be qualified for entry-level employment as an installer, repairer or service technician within property management, industrial organizations or service industries. We also offer preparation for EPA section 608 certification and Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) technician certification exams to aid your entrance into the job market.
